      During the adjustment phase, patients are required to wear RxSight ultraviolet (UV)-protective glasses during all waking hours. The same photosensitive property that makes the adjustments possible also means the lens needs to be shielded from unintended UV exposure until the prescription is locked in. Once the final lock-in treatments are complete, the lens is no longer photosensitive, and the RxSight UV-protective glasses are no longer required.<\/p>\n
